"I knew immediately he was our guy"
Our mother died in San Antonio, TX in October 2023 and we live in Knoxville, TN. When we traveled to San Antonio for the funeral I googled and found Trent Boarnet and we met him at our mother’s house during that trip. We needed a good realtor to sell her house and also help with a condo for our brother who was living with our mother. After meeting Trent, I knew immediately he was our guy. He is ON TOP OF EVERYTHING and he knows everyone in the City for inspections, repairs, locksmiths, pool people, you name it. He first found our Brother a condo and he helped him with the move and closing and our brother can be very hard to work with. Trent took a lot of abuse over this situation and he was so professional and absolutely wonderful. He handled getting everything sold and removed from the house and it was a lot of trash too in the garage. Like I said, he knows everyone. We never once had to come back to Texas and make the long trip because Trent handled everything. Trent got us 4 contracts on the house the first weekend he set up an Open House. This guy stays in touch with you like no one has before in our almost 70 years of life.
